The RMCI Group is a boutique real estate development firm with more than 30 years of proven experience across multiple asset classes. Our business model is intentionally flexible, allowing us to capitalize on opportunities presented by evolving market conditions while maintaining the depth and discipline of a seasoned developer.

We began as commercial and residential builders, and that foundation remains at the core of our operations. Across every market cycle, our core competency has remained consistent: high-quality commercial and residential construction.

Over the past three decades, we have delivered more than 100 luxury homes and numerous commercial projects, including medical and memory-care facilities, retail centers, industrial buildings, and multifamily developments. RMCI’s foundation is in commercial and residential building. That history informs our work across asset classes and remains central to how we operate today. Our track record includes luxury residential construction as well as a broad range of commercial development.

Land Entitlement Expertise

During the housing boom of the early 2000s, RMCI expanded into land entitlement, successfully processing hundreds of lots, including individual projects exceeding 150 lots. These finished lots were sold to public homebuilders. Through this work, we developed extensive expertise in municipal entitlement processes and the navigation of complex environmental regulations.

Market-Responsive Strategy

Following the 2008 housing market correction, as conditions stabilized, RMCI strategically shifted again—acquiring apartment properties, securing condo maps, and selling individual condominium units. This approach aligned with heightened demand for more attainable pathways to home ownership.
